A CMDE (Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation) is an assessment that determines:
• Whether your child qualifies for ABA services
• Your child’s level of need
• The number of service hours per week approved
An ITP (Individualized Treatment Plan) outlines your child’s individualized goals and treatment strategies. It is developed using:

The ITP is reviewed and updated every 6 months based on your child’s progress.
If your child has a CMDE completed within the past three years, it may be used pending insurance and clinical review.
If the CMDE is older or unavailable, a new CMDE will be completed, which may add 1–2 weeks to the intake timeline.
